This 5 mile race is run on a fast flat course around the Buckinghamshire town of Marlow and it starts and finishes in Higginson Park on the banks of the River Thames. The Course is suitable for buggy runners who start at the end of the pack giving time for the route to partially clear. Entries are welcomed from runners who are 15 years of age and older. There is one water station on the course and water is available at the end. There is a beautiful bespoke finishers’ medal for everyone who runs. Age group and team prizes are awarded. Parking is available in local car parks served by the Ringo App. There are stalls in the race village serving refreshments, providing massages and Runners Retreat will be selling running merchandise. We cannot wait to welcome you to Marlow.
Unfortunately, the licence we obtained and which enables us to run the race doesn’t allow us to accept entries from runners who intend to run with dogs.
