Please find attached the sessions for the track on Friday night for the next month.

5 X 400m at 3k – 5k pace with decreasing recovery 90,60 30 and 15 sec respectively then 4 min jogging at end of set and repeat.
13th May
8 X 600m with 200m jog recovery finishing with 200m at 5k pace after all 8 sets have been complete.

800m fast jog 60 sec 200m hard 3 min jog X 5
27th May
5 X 1000m with 200m recovery
